Roll-Off Dumpster Rental across Hampton Roads
A roll-off is a large, open-top container that a truck rolls off onto your driveway, yard or job site. It is the right tool when a project produces more debris than the curb can handle, whether you are a homeowner clearing a house or a contractor running a crew. Our roll-offs come in five sizes, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yards, for household, renovation, construction and yard debris.
Every delivery is made by a local driver who places the container for safe loading and easy access, and we pick it up when you call.

What a roll-off is for
Roll-offs are the most versatile option for home and commercial projects: roof tear-offs and re-roofing, renovation debris such as drywall and flooring, bulky household junk, attic, garage or estate cleanouts, landscaping and yard debris, and construction and demolition. Heavy materials such as shingles, tile and concrete belong in a container sized for the weight, not a big box.
Every roll-off is a flat-rate job: the quote covers delivery, pickup and disposal within the weight limit, and extra weight or extra days carry the charges our terms explain.
Placement, weight and the rules that apply
Our drivers position the container for loading and future pickup. Please do not move it yourself; if it needs relocating, call us and we handle it. Protective boards go under the container on request, and we recommend them on any finished surface such as a driveway, pavers or a curb.
Where it goes matters. Chesapeake's zoning page puts roll-off containers and dumpsters inside its definition of "container" and sets limits for portable storage containers on residential lots; the page does not say which limits apply to a dumpster, so we check the City's rules before booking. For property that is not residential, the page says containers "follow other regulations" (Zoning Ordinance sec. 13-402, which we could not read). The City's permits page says permits may be required for excavation and construction and does not mention containers. We found no street-placement or hauler-licence rule on the City pages we could read. We check the City's rules before booking. Virginia Beach's Right of Way Permits page says a permit is required for any activity within a City-owned right-of-way (a summary we read; the page does not mention dumpsters). We found no dumpster-specific street or licence rule. We check the City's rules before booking. Virginia's VDOT rules bar any nontransportation use of state-highway right-of-way without written VDOT permission (24VAC30-151-20), so a container never goes in the right-of-way of I-64, I-264, I-564, US-17, US-13, US-58, US-460, VA-168, VA-171 or any other state route.

Roll-off dumpster rental - the Hampton Roads specifics
Roll-off placement is where the local rules bite. Our terms make the customer responsible for the permits that public property needs, and we give guidance on them before booking. York County's code sets a county-wide refuse service area (sec. 19-61) and keeps construction and demolition waste out of County containers (sec. 19-68), so we check the County's rules before booking. For each place, the town page says what that place asks for.

Not covered here? Call (757) 844-5926 and ask.
What is a roll-off dumpster?
A large, open-top container that a truck rolls off onto your driveway, yard or job site. Roll-offs are built for projects that make more debris than the curb can take.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
No. As long as the spot is clear and the instructions are clear, you do not need to be there. Make sure the drop-off area is free of vehicles and obstructions.
Can I move the dumpster after it is placed?
Please do not move it yourself. Our drivers position it for loading and future pickup. If it needs relocating, call us and we handle it.
How do I schedule pickup?
Call, text or email when it is full or the job is done, and we schedule pickup, often as soon as the next day. You do not need to be home as long as the container is accessible.
Can I book more than one roll-off?
Yes. Reserve as many as you need, and we coordinate staggered deliveries, pickups and swaps to keep the project on schedule.
